Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include on-site customer engagement, solution delivery, and technical integration with semiconductor design flows.

  • Embed on-site or near-site with customer design and verification teams to co-develop solutions.
  • Own the customer relationship end-to-end: problem definition, development, delivery, and handoff.
  • Translate field problems in RTL development and verification into shipped software capabilities.
  • Collaborate with R&D, domain experts, and customer champions to prioritize and implement features.
  • Write code to integrate ChipAgents with RTL, testbenches, simulators, and verification environments.
  • Operate effectively under ambiguous requirements and deliver pragmatic, production-ready solutions.

  • Ability to work independently in customer environments and ship solutions without a fixed spec.

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience with UVM, formal verification, or commercial EDA tools.
  • Experience customizing AI agents or building agent-driven tooling.
  • Prior forward-deployed, solutions, applications, or field engineering experience in the semiconductor industry.
  • Experience with scripting and automation around design flows (Python, Tcl, Makefiles).
  • Experience standing up secure customer environments and managing data access.

Education Requirements

BS or MS in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field (as stated).
