Yield Development Engineer
The Yield Development Engineer supports assembly technology development labs to identify root-cause yield limiters and drive yield and manufacturability improvements for semiconductor packaging and assembly processes. This role provides surface and materials analysis, data interpretation, and cross-functional technical support.
