Yield and Characterization Engineer Intern (Summer 2027)
Internship supporting the Functional Electrical Test Characterization team at FAB 9. The role focuses on characterizing electrical signals from wafer test, kerf test, and inline sources, performing yield analysis, and driving yield improvement projects across multiple teams.
This position provides hands-on experience in semiconductor test, characterization, and cross-functional problem solving.
Entry-level internship for students or recent graduates. The posting lists 1+ years of semiconductor industry experience as preferred, not required.
