Role Summary
Develop high-performance hardware design solutions and workflows that generate training data for enterprise Large Language Models (LLMs). Work with cross-functional research and engineering teams to optimize hardware platform outputs for LLM training and benchmarking.

Mid-level - requires 3+ years of relevant hardware design experience.
Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities center on designing, verifying, and integrating hardware IP and developing workflows to produce training data for LLMs.
- Develop, configure, and optimize hardware design platforms to generate high-quality training data for enterprise LLMs.
- Collaborate with research teams to map data requirements into hardware and workflow specifications.
- Design, implement, and maintain coding, debugging, and documentation practices for hardware modules.
- Perform IP development and front-end integration; provide optimization and verification feedback.
- Create test strategies and verification workflows; develop detailed test plans and checkers.
- Support verification, benchmarking, and performance analysis of hardware designs in complex systems.
Requirements
Must-have technical skills and experience.
- 3+ years experience with hardware description languages: Verilog, SystemVerilog, VHDL, and SystemC.
- Experience with EDA toolflows, e.g. Synopsys and Cadence.
- Proficiency in C, C++, Python, and general scripting for tooling and automation.
- Experience in IP development, verification, and front-end integration.
- Strong understanding of verification workflows, checker systems, and test strategy development.
- Ability to develop and optimize IP for system integration and to produce reliable verification artifacts.
