Job Title

Verification Engineer - ARM Fabric Unit Level

Role Summary

Owner of unit-level verification for HSIO/ARM-based interconnect fabric in NVIDIA Tegra automotive SoCs. Develop UVM/SystemVerilog testbenches, drive verification closure for modules and clusters, and coordinate with architects, designers, FPGA, and post-silicon teams.

Experience Level

Entry-level / Early-career β€” expects 2+ years of verification experience in complex units, sub-systems, or SoC-level projects.

Responsibilities

You will design and execute unit-level verification activities for ARM fabric and related IP.

  • Architect and implement SV/UVM-based testbenches and verification environments.
  • Define test plans and develop tests for modules, clusters, and system integration.
  • Build reusable bus functional models, monitors, checkers, and scoreboards.
  • Implement functional coverage and drive verification closure for the unit.
  • Collaborate with architects, RTL designers, FPGA, and post-silicon teams to ensure robustness.

Requirements

Must-have technical skills and experience.

  • 2+ years of demonstrated verification closure experience for complex units, sub-systems, or SoCs.
  • Proven knowledge of ARM architecture and bus protocols (AXI, AHB, APB).
  • Hands-on experience with SystemVerilog and UVM-based verification methodologies.
  • Strong debugging and analytical skills; experience with industry-standard simulation and debug tools.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills to work in a global, matrixed organization.

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience using AI-assisted tools to speed code development and verification.
  • Exposure to formal verification techniques.
  • Interest in automation and improving verification productivity.

Education Requirements

BTech or MTech in Electrical & Computer Engineering (ECE), Electrical Engineering (EE), Computer Science & Engineering (CSE), or an equivalent technical degree is required.
