Triton Compiler Engineer
Develop front-end and back-end components of the Triton compiler to generate efficient GPU kernels for Intel GPUs, working within the Data Center Group. The role focuses on compiler internals, code generation, and optimization for AI workloads and requires collaboration with hardware teams and open-source communities.
Currently classified as a remote position based in the greater Toronto metropolitan area; Intel is securing office space in the region and the role is expected to follow a hybrid model (on-site presence ~4 days/week) once the office opens.

Bachelor's in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field with 4+ years of GPU programming experience for AI workloads; OR Master's in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field with 2+ years experience; OR PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field with 1+ year experience. Experience may be obtained through a combination of degree, research, prior job, or internship experience.
