Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include developing production-ready test programs, improving yield and reliability, and supporting manufacturing operations.

• Develop and maintain package functional test strategies and programs for NAND Flash products.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure test program, infrastructure, and system readiness for product introduction and high-volume manufacturing.
• Optimize test conditions and perform redundancy analysis and data analysis to improve device yield, reliability, and quality.
• Provide cost-effective solutions and implement test-time reduction methodologies for production test flow optimization.
• Release test programs to production in a timely manner and support smooth manufacturing operations.
• Introduce innovative test-time reduction solutions and optimize test equipment hardware.
• Use AI-enabled tools and digital solutions to improve problem solving and decision making.

Requirements

Key skills and experiences required or strongly preferred.

• Must-have: Solid analytical problem-solving skills.
• Must-have: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must-have: Good programming skills; knowledge of C/C++, Python is preferred.
• Nice-to-have: Understanding of semiconductor device physics.
• Nice-to-have: Experience with Unix/Linux environments.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering or a related engineering field.
