Test Product Engineer - Intern

Role Summary

Hands-on internship supporting test and production engineering for semiconductor manufacturing in Chon Buri. The intern will work on hardware tasks, ATE debugging, test-data analysis, and cross-functional problem solving to enable product release and improve production yield.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Assist Test Production Engineers in managing production line activities to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support product transfer and validation processes for release into mass production.
  • Perform equipment repair, firmware updates, preventive maintenance, and system sustaining.
  • Debug and troubleshoot Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) to support production schedules and resolve technical issues.
  • Analyze test data and circuitry to improve test yield, productivity, quality, and cost-efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate production issues and implement solutions.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to technicians and complete an innovation/improvement project with a presentation to management.
