Test Integration Engineer

Role Summary

Lead new product introduction (NPI) and test integration activities to ensure IC products are manufacturable and ready for production test. Coordinate across business lines and wafer/final test factories to meet time-to-market and cost targets, manage escalations, and drive test data accuracy and improvements.

Experience Level

Entry-level. Approximately 1 year of experience in IC testing or a related function is preferred.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include coordinating NPI and ensuring test production readiness.

• Serve as main contact between business lines and test factories to deliver manufacturable IC test products on schedule and within cost targets.
• Lead NPI activities for IC test, coordinating transfers with wafer and final test factories.
• Improve NPI procedures to enable smooth product transfers and reduce transfer risk.
• Manage escalations to minimize impact on customers and factories.
• Ensure availability of test tooling and required resources for production.
• Own test technical data, forecasting, and drive associated improvement plans.
• Track test improvement projects, lot holds, NPI progress, and test buy-off.
• Maintain manufacturing master database and manage ARAS ECO processes related to test.

Requirements

Core skills and attributes required or preferred for the role.

• Good logical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English.
• Preferred: ~1 year experience in IC testing or related roles.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher required (field not specified). A TOEIC score greater than 600 is specified for English proficiency.
