Role Summary

Entry-level engineering role within the TMG Development 12-month program and Career Accelerator Program (CAP). The role focuses on maintaining and improving semiconductor test equipment to maximize utilization, yield and reliability while reducing cost and downtime.

Experience Level

Entry-level — open to fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities focus on improving tool performance, maintenance, and automation.

• Maximize equipment utilization and improve yield and reliability.
• Implement predictive and effective preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and prevent defects.
• Plan and execute legacy tool sunset and roadmap transitions to reduce risk and cost.
• Drive cost reductions via productivity improvements, lean methods, and process innovations.
• Develop automation, AI, and machine-learning solutions to enhance tool performance and quality.
• Strengthen foundational practices and workforce skillsets to improve systemic reliability.
