Role Summary
Join the HVDC test team in Santa Clara to develop and implement ATE test programs and hardware for multi-rail power management devices. The role focuses on silicon characterization, production test release, yield improvement, and failure analysis across product development stages.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include test development, device characterization, and production support.
- Collaborate with design teams to interpret specifications and define test strategy.
- Generate test plans; develop characterization and production test programs and ATE hardware interface boards.
- Debug silicon on ATE and correlate results with bench measurements; support failure analysis.
- Perform statistical analysis of yield fallout; debug yield issues and optimize test time.
- Support product qualification, qualification hardware development, and release to volume production.
- Drive cost-effective, robust test solutions and ensure product quality.
Requirements
Must-have technical skills and experience required for this role.
- Experience with analog ATE (Teradyne Eagle preferred; iFlex, LTX, VLCT or equivalent).
- Characterization and production test program and hardware development experience.
- Strong knowledge of electronic devices, circuits, and analog test techniques.
- Data analysis skills with STDF-based tools (Spotfire, dataPower, or equivalent).
- Experience using lab equipment: oscilloscopes, power supplies, sourcemeters, electronic loads.
- Experience with yield improvement, test time reduction, and IC product development from concept to production.
- Programming/scripting proficiency (preferred): C++, Python, C#; familiarity with LabVIEW, TestStand, Subversion or Git is a plus.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
