Test Engineer
Role Summary
Implement, qualify, optimize and support In-Circuit Test (ICT) solutions for PCBA manufacturing. The role reports to the Operations Engineering Manager and works with manufacturing, NPI, customers and third-party vendors to deliver robust, cost-effective test solutions.
Position is based in Guadalajara, North Campus. The role may transition to a new SpinCo if the planned corporate spin occurs.
Experience Level

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include ownership of ICT test strategy, implementation, and support across the product lifecycle.
- Develop, implement, validate and maintain ICT test solutions for PCBA manufacturing.
- Support and optimize Keysight 3070 ICT platforms.
- Work with external suppliers on development and procurement of ICT fixtures and test programs.
- Troubleshoot and debug ICT hardware, software and test coverage issues.
- Perform boundary-scan and digital test implementation and validation.
- Support Design for Testability (DFT) evaluations and test coverage analysis.
- Analyze test failures, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Provide technical support during NPI launches and product transfers.
- Collaborate with customers on test requirements, qualification and improvements.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures and test specifications.
- Train technicians and manufacturing personnel on test processes and troubleshooting.
- Evaluate new technologies and continuous improvement opportunities in test engineering.

Education Requirements
BA/BS in Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
