Role Summary

Lead complex research, development and New Product Introduction (NPI) projects across multiple sites and functions to deliver product roadmap objectives within agreed quality, time and budget constraints. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, finance, purchasing, legal, IT and senior leadership.

Experience Level

Mid-level — minimum 5 years' experience managing multiple complex technical projects or NPIs.

Responsibilities

Plan, govern and deliver strategic projects end-to-end while managing risks, budgets and stakeholder expectations.

• Lead multiple projects within strategic programs and secure delivery of agreed business benefits.
• Create and maintain project plans, resource allocations, schedules, budgets and governance frameworks.
• Identify risks, define mitigation plans, manage issues and control project changes throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across R&D, operations, test, quality, supply chain, purchasing and external partners.
• Monitor project performance and remove obstacles that impact delivery, cost or time-to-market.
• Provide regular updates to sponsors and senior stakeholders and facilitate decision-making and accountability.
• Support continuous improvement of project management methodologies, tools and best practices; capture lessons learned.

Requirements

Core skills and experience required; items marked as "nice-to-have" are desirable but not mandatory.

• Must-have: Minimum 5 years leading multiple complex projects; proven experience with large-scale technical or business projects and NPI/product development environments.
• Must-have: Strong project planning, resource planning, scheduling and budget management skills; experience with risk, issue and change management.
• Must-have: Experience working in semiconductor, electronics, manufacturing or high-technology industries and within international matrix organisations.
• Must-have: Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder influence skills; fluent English.
• Nice-to-have: Experience managing external suppliers, subcontractors or technology partners.
• Nice-to-have: Familiarity with business case development and CAPEX management.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, Project Management or a related discipline.
