Test Engineer
Role Summary
Develop and deliver production test solutions for new power semiconductor products. Responsible for test plans, test hardware, and test programs; release solutions to the test floor and provide ongoing support during mass production.
Collaborate with product and design engineering teams to collect data, analyze results, and resolve test-related issues.
Experience Level
Mid-level — typically candidates with an M.S. in Electronic Engineering or a B.S. plus 3–5 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
Primary duties include creating and deploying test solutions and supporting production testing.
- Develop test plans, design test hardware, and implement test programs for new products.
- Release test solutions to the test floor and support mass-production test processes.
- Collect test data, analyze results, and provide feedback to product and design engineering teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve test-related issues during production.
Requirements

- Strong understanding of fundamental electrical/electronic concepts.
- Proficient in programming and debugging with VC++.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Project experience in IC testing, ATE development, or component-level circuit design is a plus.
Education Requirements
Preferred: M.S. in Electronic Engineering. Acceptable: B.S. in Electronic Engineering with 3–5 years of relevant experience. English proficiency required: CET-4 minimum; CET-6 or higher preferred. Equivalent practical experience is acceptable where stated.
