Test Engineer
Role Summary
The Test Engineer develops and maintains test solutions for new IC products to meet mass-production requirements. The role works with product and design engineering groups and supports the manufacturing test floor to resolve production test issues.
Experience Level
Mid-level. The posting indicates 3–5 years' experience is expected if hired with a Bachelor's degree; a Master's degree is preferred.
Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include designing and deploying test systems and supporting production test operations.
- Develop complete test solutions for new products to meet mass-production requirements.
- Collect test data, analyze results, and provide feedback to product engineering and design teams.
- Support the test floor and troubleshoot/resolve test-related issues during mass production.
Requirements

- Strong understanding of fundamental electrical/electronic concepts; project experience in IC testing, ATE development, or component-level circuit design is a plus.
- Programming and debugging skills in VC++ (Visual C++).
- Good communication and teamwork skills; able to coordinate with engineering and production teams.
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, listening, speaking) sufficient for technical collaboration.
Education Requirements
M.S. in Electronic Engineering preferred. B.S. in Electronic Engineering accepted with 3–5 years of relevant experience in the same or a related role. English certification: CET-4 required; CET-6 or higher preferred.
