Role Summary

Develop automated test solutions for new analog and mixed-signal power IC products. Work on ATE test system hardware and software from design-for-test through production release, collaborating with IC developers and global teams.

Responsibilities

Primary duties include designing test hardware and software, debugging, and preparing products for production test.

• Design component-level circuits for precision parametric measurement and dynamic signal analysis.
• Develop automated test system software and ATE test programs for analog and mixed-signal ICs.
• Participate in all product development phases: design-for-testability, I/O, test hardware/software design, correlation, characterization, and production release.
• Hands-on debugging and verification of test setups and test programs.
• Collaborate with IC developers and manufacturing partners to ensure test coverage and production readiness.

Requirements

Must-have technical skills, tools, and interpersonal capabilities.

• Experience in power IC functional test and automated testing flows.
• Experience with Cadence PCB layout.
• Power-management IC function/application experience is a plus.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills for working with global development teams.
• Willingness to travel within China and to subcontractor sites worldwide.

Education Requirements

MS in Electrical Engineering or a similar field is specified. Related technical degrees in electrical, electronics, or equivalent engineering disciplines are acceptable.
