Role Summary

Arm's Cloud AI Business unit seeks an end-to-end technical program manager to own delivery of an Arm AGI SoC program from pre-silicon through commercialization and full product lifecycle. The role coordinates cross-functional hardware, software, systems, and product teams and reports program status to senior leaders.

Based in the Austin, Texas office. Relocation support is available for candidates who require it.

Experience Level

Mid-level — experienced program manager. The posting requests significant experience leading complex, multi-year silicon or systems programs but does not state a specific years-of-experience requirement.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate all activities required to deliver a complete SoC product and associated software and platform enablement.

• Create and maintain the integrated program plan with dependencies, resourcing assumptions, and delivery risks across hardware, software, systems, and product teams.
• Drive timely cross-functional decisions on sequencing, resourcing, risk acceptance, and recovery actions within agreed scope and customer commitments.
• Provide clear, fact-based program reporting and trade-off guidance to senior business leaders.
• Align engineering, product, operations, and customer-facing teams; hold owners accountable for delivery.
• Identify product-level risks and lead development and execution of credible recovery plans.
• Ensure the complete product is deployment-ready, including firmware, software, validation, platform enablement, documentation, and customer readiness.
• Continuously improve end-to-end development practices and remove structural barriers to delivery.

Requirements

Core skills and experience required to perform the role effectively.

• Proven track record leading complex, end-to-end silicon or systems programs through to customer deployment.
• Experience delivering large, multi-year programs involving diverse, distributed teams.
• Deep understanding of semiconductor development lifecycles: design, verification, validation, manufacturing readiness, software enablement, and product qualification for data center customers.
• Experience building and developing high-performing program teams and coaching senior program leaders.
• Ability to lead through influence across large, globally distributed organizations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to present concise, fact-based guidance to senior executives.
• Proven ability to identify systemic delivery risks early and drive recovery plans and corrective action.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical subject area; or equivalent practical experience.
