Role Summary

Lead delivery of FPGA and hardware emulation platforms across a portfolio of projects spanning multiple products, engineering teams and business groups. The role focuses on planning, coordination and execution to deliver pre-silicon platforms that accelerate software development, validation and initial silicon bring-up.

Work with architecture, RTL, verification, software, FPGA implementation, emulation, validation and operations teams to identify risks, balance priorities and drive projects to successful delivery.

Responsibilities

You will be accountable for planning, execution and delivery of FPGA and emulation platform projects across multiple teams.

• Manage FPGA and emulation platform projects from planning through delivery.
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones and dependencies.
• Manage project scope, requirements, risks and changes throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate across architecture, RTL, verification, software, FPGA and validation teams to keep projects on track.
• Lead project evaluations, track progress and provide clear status updates to engineering and leadership.
• Identify issues early and drive them to resolution.
• Balance technical, schedule and business priorities when making trade-offs.
• Support software development and first-silicon bring-up by delivering reliable FPGA and emulation reference platforms.
• Capture lessons learned and contribute to improving project management practices.
