Drive end-to-end execution of next-generation SoCs from early architecture through RTL, verification, DFT, physical design, tape-out, and post-silicon validation. Coordinate cross-functional hardware and software teams to deliver complex silicon products.

Responsibilities
Manage program delivery and align stakeholders across architecture, design, verification, and validation.
- Plan and drive schedules from architecture definition to tape-out and post-silicon validation.
- Coordinate dependencies across RTL, design verification, DFT, physical design, and software integration.
- Identify program risks, define mitigation plans, and track progress to milestones.
- Facilitate clear communication and alignment across technical and non-technical teams and external partners.
- Produce structured status reporting and use program tools to maintain transparency (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
Requirements
Must-have technical background and program management experience in semiconductor projects.
- 10+ years of semiconductor industry experience with exposure to CPU, physical design, RTL, design verification, or program management.
- Strong understanding of chip architecture, design flows, and system-level tradeoffs (power, performance, area, time-to-market).
- Familiarity with compute and SoC standards (ARM, RISC-V, AI accelerators, interconnect protocols).
- Proven experience leading large, cross-functional engineering teams and managing complex dependencies.
- Proficiency with program/project management tools and structured reporting (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to decompose complexity into clear goals and deliverables.
- Employment contingent on eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology where applicable.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
