Role Summary

Manage planning and execution of processor core IP development programs within the Program Management Office (PMO). Work with cross-functional engineering, software, and product teams to deliver IP and related tools/software from scoping through product release.

Responsibilities

Own program plans, schedules, risk tracking, and cross-functional coordination for CPU/IP development programs.

• Develop schedules, resource allocation, and plans with technical leads and stakeholders.
• Track execution, identify critical paths, risks, and issues across planning through delivery and support.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities and dependencies; drive teams to meet schedule and goals.
• Participate in technical discussions and help resolve high-level project issues.
• Lead issue reporting and resolution; maintain consistent program status reporting and communication.
• Contribute to improving project, program management, and product lifecycle processes.

Requirements

Key technical and program management skills required or strongly preferred.

• Must-have: Experience with CPU technology and associated software/tools development.
• Must-have: Ability to facilitate technical discussions and drive engineering decisions.
• Must-have: Proficiency with Git/GitHub, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Must-have: Strong organization, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Nice-to-have: Experience bringing processor IP to production and familiarity with software development and release processes.
• Nice-to-have: Experience managing hardware development programs using AGILE methodology and familiarity with program management tools/processes.

Education Requirements

BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline; or equivalent practical experience.
