Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities focus on customer technical support, integration, and knowledge transfer for Memory Interface and Interface IP.

  • Support post‑sales integration and silicon bring‑up for Memory Interface PHY IP and Controller IPs (HBM, DDR, LPDDR).
  • Perform hands‑on lab debug and root‑cause analysis during silicon bring‑up.
  • Deliver technical presentations, training, and customer enablement materials.
  • Create and maintain documentation and user collateral to improve product adoption and usability.
  • Collaborate with customer and internal engineering teams to resolve system‑level issues and provide product feedback.
  • Keep current with memory protocols (e.g., DDR5, LPDDR6, MRDIMM2, HBM4) and drive technology adoption.

Requirements

Must-have technical skills and professional attributes for successful performance in this role.

  • Minimum ~8 years' industry experience with Memory Interface IP (DDR, LPDDR, HBM) or other Interface IP (PCIe, Ethernet, UCIe).
  • Experience with Controller IPs, AMBA bus interfaces and AXI protocols; exposure to backend engineering is expected.
  • Proven, hands‑on experience with lab debug and silicon bring‑up workflows.
  • Proficiency with Linux, Verilog and/or VHDL, and standard ASIC design flows.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to present to customers and collaborate across global teams.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (up to ~15–20%).
  • Preferred: familiarity with memory protocol developments and the practical deployment of high‑speed interface IP in customer systems.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering (ideally with a VLSI focus).
