Role Summary

Paid technical internship within a SoC design team focused on digital and mixed-signal hardware for applications such as automotive, IoT, voice/object recognition, security, connectivity, and touch sensing. Interns will assist engineers across design, verification, and physical implementation tasks.

Experience Level

Entry-level (Internship). Suitable for current undergraduate or graduate students; typically 0–2 years of professional experience.

Responsibilities

Work under mentorship of experienced engineers to contribute to SoC hardware projects and documentation.

• Contribute to SoC hardware design for application-focused segments (automotive, IoT, voice/object recognition, security, connectivity, touch sensing).
• Assist with end-to-end SoC tasks including design, verification, and physical implementation.
• Design and verify digital and mixed-signal IP blocks under supervision.
• Document design work and present results to the team.

• Must-have: Basic understanding of digital logic and mixed-signal concepts, and familiarity with SoC design and verification concepts.
• Must-have: Ability to communicate results clearly and produce concise design documentation.
• Must-have: Willingness to learn EDA tools and work collaboratively in a design team.
• Nice-to-have: Hands-on experience or coursework with RTL (Verilog/VHDL), verification methods, scripting (Python, TCL), or physical design concepts.
• Nice-to-have: Project or internship experience in automotive, IoT, voice/object recognition, security, or connectivity domains.

Education Requirements

Currently enrolled Bachelor's or Master's degree student in Electronics and Communication Engineering or a related technical field.
