Job Title

Technical Director, Program Management

Role Summary

Lead and deliver large, cross-functional programs in memory technologies and related silicon IP. Partner with engineering, product, operations and finance to define scope, schedule and success metrics, remove blockers, and drive milestones to completion.

This role reports to the Director of Engineering Program Management and operates in a hybrid model, with an expectation of roughly three days per week onsite in Hillsboro, OR.

Responsibilities

Lead programs from planning through delivery; align stakeholders and improve program processes.

  • Define program scope, goals, success metrics, roadmaps and timelines.
  • Manage execution across multiple interdependent projects and track milestones.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and resolve dependencies and blockers.
  • Identify risks, drive mitigation strategies, and ensure accountability.
  • Communicate program status, risks and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Establish and optimize program management processes, tools, and reporting.
  • Track performance metrics and use data to inform decisions.

Requirements

  • Must-have: 10–15 years of experience managing complex, cross-functional technology programs.
  • Must-have: Proven program leadership, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Must-have: Experience with program management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, and MS Project.
  • Must-have: Deep expertise in memory technologies (examples: DDR5, LPDDR5/6, HBM3/4).
  • Must-have: Familiarity with memory controllers and PHYs and an understanding of ASIC/SoC development flow.
  • Nice-to-have: Experience influencing technical direction in security-related projects and working across multiple time zones.
  • Nice-to-have: Experience improving program processes and reporting at scale.

Education Requirements
