Role Summary

Lead front-end SoC architecture, RTL design and integration from specification through tapeout within the ACE engineering team. Deliver production-quality silicon and coordinate across verification, synthesis, implementation and customer support functions.

Experience Level

Senior - 15–20 years of experience in IP/SoC design and delivery of production chips.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include SoC micro-architecture, RTL design sign-off, and cross-functional delivery activities.

• Define micro-architecture from high-level specifications.
• Hands-on design, architecture and integration of SoC from specification to tapeout and post-silicon support.
• Sign off RTL, timing constraints and CDC; coordinate with verification, synthesis and implementation teams.
• Document SoC design and micro-architecture for downstream teams.
• Address design-related customer queries and support cross-functional issue resolution.

Requirements

Must-have technical skills, tools and experience.

• 15–20 years' experience in IP/SoC design with successful delivery of production chips.
• Proven experience as SoC architect, ASIC designer or design lead across RTL design flow: specification/micro-architecture, design and verification, timing analysis, DFT and implementation.
• Hands-on experience with chip assembly, RTL design, IP integration and RTL signoff tools (e.g., Questa, Spyglass, Fusion Compiler, Genus, CLP/VCLP) and Debussy.
• Familiarity with computer architecture, microprocessors and bus protocols (AXI/AHB/APB/ATB).
• Strong domain knowledge of clocking, system modes, power management, debug, interconnect, safety and security architectures.
• Knowledge of serial interfaces, multimedia and external bus interfaces.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Team player with experience working across cross-functional teams.
• Willing to work onsite in Noida.

Nice-to-have: experience in automotive, industrial, IoT, datacenter, robotics or radar product domains.

Education Requirements

Master's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
