Role Summary

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities focus on system-level definition, evaluation, and cross-functional coordination for analog power products.

• Analyze target applications across automotive, industrial, consumer, and computing markets to identify trends and product opportunities.
• Gather customer and internal requirements and translate them into product specifications and roadmaps.
• Assess architectural trade-offs with design teams and support system-level silicon evaluation (hardware and software).
• Troubleshoot and debug system-level issues; provide documentation for product development phases.
• Collaborate with applications engineers, product/test engineering, and project managers to communicate requirements and drive NPI execution.
• Develop and track NPI strategy to maximize market adoption.

• Must-have: 1+ years of experience in systems engineering, applications engineering, or IC design within the analog or power semiconductor space.
• Must-have: Experience evaluating system-level silicon (hardware and software) and performing system-level troubleshooting and debugging.
• Must-have: Ability to read and interpret IC datasheets, application notes, and system schematics; clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Nice-to-have: Knowledge of analog electronics fundamentals (amplifiers, voltage regulators, data converters, power-management topologies).
• Nice-to-have: Experience with signal-processing and system-modeling tools (MATLAB, Simulink, SPICE, VerilogAMS) and programming/scripting for test automation or data analysis (Python, C, MATLAB).
• Nice-to-have: Prior customer-facing experience (applications or design engineering) and domain knowledge of end-equipment markets such as EV/HEV, data center, industrial automation, or personal electronics.
• Nice-to-have: Strong analytical skills and experience with product roadmap and NPI planning.

Education Requirements
