Role Summary

Join the GPU Performance Infrastructure team to build and maintain end-to-end performance verification infrastructure for NVIDIA GPU architectures. The role covers early-stage modeling, simulation/emulation, and post-silicon validation to provide performance insights and accelerate verification workflows.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include building scalable data pipelines, automating verification workflows, and collaborating with architects and hardware teams.

  • Develop and maintain end-to-end performance verification infrastructure and tooling.
  • Build scalable data pipelines to collect and surface performance metrics from simulation, emulation, and silicon.
  • Integrate and automate simulation/emulation workflows to accelerate GPU build iteration.
  • Collaborate with GPU architects to define infrastructure requirements for upcoming architectures.
  • Analyze performance data and generate actionable insights for architects and hardware teams.
  • Improve verification workflows to increase throughput and reduce iteration time.

Requirements

Must-have technical skills and experience; nice-to-have items listed below.

  • Must-have: 3+ years software engineering experience with C++ and Python.
  • Must-have: Strong CS fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, OOP, and system design.
  • Must-have: Effective interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Nice-to-have: Verilog basics.
  • Nice-to-have: Experience with chip- or system-level simulation and emulation.
  • Nice-to-have: Exposure to GPU/CPU/SoC performance verification or profiling on simulation, emulation, or silicon.
  • Nice-to-have: Familiarity with AI development tools.

Education Requirements

BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
