System Engineer — MPP

Role Summary

As a Systems Engineer on the multiphase power (MPP) team, you will develop multiphase power solutions for AI processors, engage with top-tier AI customers early in their design cycles, and coordinate technical work across product development and applications teams.

Role is based in Austin to support face-to-face customer engagement.

Experience Level

Mid-level — 5+ years of relevant engineering experience (posting specifies 5+ years).

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include system-level design, analysis, tool development, and customer engagement.

• Design system solutions combining controllers with power stages, power modules, or power blocks.
• Analyze transient performance, protection schemes, and thermal behavior of designs.
• Develop and maintain simulation and analysis tools to improve engineering efficiency.
• Lead and coordinate internal and customer design reviews and technical deep dives.
• Support first-board bring-ups and coordinate with applications and product development teams.
• Build and maintain technical relationships with customer teams to align roadmap and NPDE efforts.
