Role Summary

Join the Applications team in the Analog Mixed Signal (AMS) Business Unit to support validation and product release of mixed-signal products. Work with Product, Test Engineering, and cross-functional teams to move products from conception to volume production.

Practical, hands-on role focused on bench validation, lab operations, and customer sample validation.

Experience Level

Entry-level (new graduate). Suitable for candidates with 0–2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Primary duties involve laboratory validation, test support, and customer-facing sample validation.

• Perform bench validation in support of Product and Test Engineering teams.
• Manage and maintain lab equipment and lab environment.
• Conduct datasheet competitive analysis.
• Validate new customer samples and support sample evaluation.
• Provide customer support including RMAs.
• Develop and maintain common bench practices across the AMS organization.

Requirements

Practical skills and behaviors required for lab and validation work.

• Strong problem-solving ability.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Collaborative team player, able to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Basic scripting or automation experience; Python is a plus.

Education Requirements

BS in Electrical/Electronic Engineering required. MS in Electrical/Electronic Engineering preferred.
