System Architect
Role Summary
Responsible for defining architecture for advanced compute and hardware systems, integrating AI co-design, performance modeling, and cross-domain optimization. Translate system-level requirements into architectures that balance power, performance, and scalability and lead implementation teams to deliver next-generation platforms.

Responsibilities
Core responsibilities include:
- Define system and SoC architecture, including memory hierarchy, interconnects, and interfaces.
- Develop and apply performance and power modeling to guide design trade-offs.
- Lead architecture reviews and develop detailed specifications.
- Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and software teams on co-design and cross-layer optimization.
- Translate product requirements into implementable architecture plans and roadmap items.
- Mentor engineers and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure design goals are met.
Requirements
Required and preferred qualifications:
- Must-have: 5+ years experience in SoC or system architecture and performance modeling.
- Must-have: Experience with hardware/software co-design, memory hierarchy, interconnect design, and interface definition.
- Must-have: Proven experience leading architecture reviews and producing specifications.
- Must-have: Strong system-level trade-off analysis across power, performance, and scalability.
- Nice-to-have: Experience with semiconductor development, ASIC/FPGA implementation, RTL, or verification flows.
- Nice-to-have: Familiarity with AI-driven design workflows, EDA tools, or performance modeling frameworks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present technical rationale to engineering and non-engineering stakeholders.
