Supervisor, Reliability Operations
Role Summary
Supervise a team of Reliability Operations technicians to ensure safe, high-quality, and efficient execution of reliability qualifications in a semiconductor reliability laboratory.
Work closely with Reliability Engineering, Hardware Engineering, and Quality to deliver qualification results, drive operational metrics, and lead continuous improvement activities.

Responsibilities
The supervisor leads daily operations, enforces standards, and develops team performance. Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and manage a team of Reliability Operations personnel executing reliability qualifications.
- Drive operational metrics: safety, quality, cycle time, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Reliability Engineering, Hardware Engineering, and Quality to support qualification execution and customer needs.
- Maintain and enforce safety and organizational standards; manage responses to workplace safety incidents.
- Ensure quality by enforcing procedures, managing attendance, allocating workload, and resolving issues.
- Coach, appraise, and develop direct reports; conduct formal performance evaluations and corrective actions.
- Participate in Lean Manufacturing and other continuous improvement activities.
Requirements
Must-have technical and leadership qualifications.
- Minimum 3+ years supervisory experience in a semiconductor or other manufacturing environment.
- Proven leadership managing teams of approximately 6β8 employees.
- Strong leadership, coaching, team development, and people-management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to balance people leadership with operational execution and decision-making.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to implement corrective actions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Willingness to travel up to 10% and work 1st shift / days.
- Nice-to-have: semiconductor/wafer fab experience, familiarity with reliability qualification processes, and Lean Manufacturing experience.
Education Requirements
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent practical experience. No specific fields of study were specified in the posting.
