Staff Yield Engineer — Technology Development Foundry Engineering
The Staff Yield Engineer will guide foundry customers through product development from testing and validation to NPI and High Volume Manufacturing (HVM). You will oversee wafer manufacturing transitions, drive yield improvement projects, develop yield models, and act as the technical interface between foundry customers and internal teams (Process Integration, Device, Defect, Lab, Product Integration).

Minimum qualifications vary by degree: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering, or other relevant engineering/physical science plus 6+ years relevant work experience; OR Master’s degree in those fields plus 4+ years; OR PhD in those fields plus 2+ years of industry experience. Experience must include semiconductor yield engineering or post-silicon yield signal analysis and root-causing.
