Role Summary
Join Arm's GPU Hardware Verification team in Ra'anana to verify advanced GPU components and subsystems for the Mali architecture. This role leads technical verification efforts, develops verification environments and AI-enabled engineering tools, and works with architects, designers and verification engineers to ensure silicon-quality deliverables.

Senior β 8+ years of hardware verification experience.
Responsibilities
The role focuses on planning and implementing comprehensive verification for GPU blocks and systems, improving verification flows, and collaborating across design and architecture teams.
- Develop and execute verification plans for GPU components and subsystems.
- Build and maintain verification environments and reusable testbenches using SystemVerilog and UVM.
- Apply constrained-random, coverage-driven and formal techniques to meet functional coverage goals.
- Develop and maintain AI-powered tools, agents, and skills to support engineering workflows.
- Debug complex functional issues and drive root-cause analysis with design teams.
- Integrate block-level environments into system-level verification and run regression analysis.
- Improve verification automation, scripting and continuous integration flows.
- Participate in verification reviews and support verification sign-off activities.
- Share technical knowledge and mentor colleagues across the GPU engineering organisation.

Must have: 8+ years of experience in hardware verification of complex digital designs or SoCs.

Must have: Strong SystemVerilog and UVM expertise.

Must have: Hands-on experience developing and integrating AI-powered tools, including prompt design and evaluation for engineering workflows.

Must have: Solid understanding of constrained-random and coverage-driven verification methodologies.

Must have: Experience developing reusable verification environments and testbenches.

Must have: Scripting skills (Python, Perl, or similar) for automation and CI integration.

Must have: Strong debugging and system-level problem-solving skills; effective communicator across multidisciplinary teams.

Nice to have: Experience verifying GPU architectures, graphics or multimedia IP, or Arm-based processors/IP.

Nice to have: Knowledge of formal verification or Design for Verification (DFV) techniques and familiarity with continuous integration systems.
Education Requirements
B.Sc. or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
