Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include owning test strategy and delivering ATE hardware and software into production.
- Define production test strategy and manufacturing test flow, including tester selection.
- Own detailed test planning and ATE implementation for assigned products.
- Provide testability input to DFT/DFM and design reviews pre-tapeout.
- Lead development of test hardware: loadboards, probe cards, sockets, interface fixtures.
- Develop and review ATE test programs, production patterns and supporting software.
- Lead first-silicon ATE bring-up, test program debug and sample generation.
- Execute ATE characterization across process, voltage and temperature conditions.
- Support qualification and customer sample generation; release qualified test software and hardware into production and support OSAT start-up.
- Identify test coverage gaps, implement containment and corrective actions, and support RMA investigations.
- Drive production ramp readiness, close test-related release risks and optimize test time and multisite efficiency.
