Role Summary
Hands-on technical contributor on the Infrastructure Solutions Software team (CE‑SW) focused on system-level validation and productisation of Arm Neoverse infrastructure SoC platforms. The role leads validation strategy, develops test automation and infrastructure, and ensures platform quality across pre‑silicon and silicon stages.
Located in Sophia Antipolis, France. Visa sponsorship for the employee is available; no relocation package is offered.

Responsibilities
The role drives system-level validation, automation and delivery readiness for server-class SoC platforms.
- Provide technical leadership in system-level validation, test methodology and automation.
- Develop test automation, infrastructure, tools, frameworks, CI and regression capabilities.
- Drive system-level validation and defect resolution across pre‑silicon and silicon environments.
- Collaborate with software, firmware and hardware teams to resolve issues and support product readiness.
Requirements
Must-have:
- Strong experience in software testing and system-level validation for SoC, firmware, platform software or embedded systems.
- Proven technical leadership with ability to guide engineering decisions and influence across teams.
- Solid understanding of test methodologies, automation, continuous integration and regression testing.
- Experience using test coverage, quality metrics and defect management to drive quality.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving and communication skills across software, firmware and hardware domains.
Nice-to-have:
- Knowledge of server-class SoCs (RAS, power management, PCIe, CXL, memory, virtualization).
- Familiarity with Linux kernel, Trusted Firmware-A (TF-A), UEFI EDK II, OpenBMC or KVM.
- Experience with automated system validation, hardware test environments, server farms or CI infrastructure.
