Senior Project Manager (F/H)
Role Summary
Lead strategic, cross-functional SoC engineering projects from planning through delivery at ArterisIP. Coordinate hardware and software teams, product management, operations and other stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-scope product delivery.
Experience Level
Senior — requires demonstrated senior-level project management experience. See Requirements for years-of-experience guidance.
Responsibilities
Accountable for end-to-end project planning, execution and governance in a multidisciplinary engineering environment.
- Lead preparation, planning, coordination and execution of complex engineering projects across all phases (architecture, development, integration, verification, delivery).
- Define project scope, requirements and Program of Record in collaboration with Product Management.
- Work with hardware and software architects to identify resources, competencies and work packages.
- Create and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones and deliverables; track progress and adjust plans as needed.
- Drive project communication: status reporting, dashboards, meetings and stakeholder updates.
- Identify, track and mitigate project risks; escalate major risks and blockers and propose corrective actions.
- Improve project planning, tracking, reporting and governance procedures; support engineering quality and process compliance.
- Lead change management and project tracking activities using Jira and related tools.
Requirements
Must-have skills and experience required to perform the role:
Must-have
- Minimum 5+ years experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role.
- Substantial experience in the semiconductor, SoC or EDA industry.
- Fluent in English and French (spoken and written).
- Experience driving process improvement initiatives within engineering organizations.
- Strong expertise with Agile software development methodologies and execution practices.
- Advanced proficiency with development and project tools such as Jira, Git, Jenkins and Confluence.
- Proven ability to manage technically complex projects involving requirements management, roadmap planning, product delivery, change control and version management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills; organized and delivery-oriented.

- Experience managing international or distributed engineering teams.
- Structured, rigorous working style with strong attention to detail and quality.
Education Requirements
Mandatory project management certification such as PMP or PMI (or equivalent). No specific academic degree, field of study, or alternative-equivalent education language is stated in the posting.
