- Define and own characterization strategy for devices and PICs (EO, OE, OO) at chip and wafer level.
- Architect and lead high-speed measurements (bandwidth, BER, eye diagrams, etc.).
- Establish best practices for test automation frameworks and measurement routines using LabVIEW and/or Python.
- Lead wafer probing, optical alignment, and test setup bring-up.
- Perform root-cause analysis and resolve complex test and measurement issues.
- Analyze measurement data and provide actionable feedback to design and process teams.
- Own die sorting, yield improvement initiatives, and transition test flows from R&D to production.
- Mentor and provide technical direction to junior test engineers; collaborate cross-functionally on test requirements and roadmaps.
