Role Summary
Provide expert technical support and customer-facing engineering services for Siemens EDA's EBS software. Partner with customers to resolve complex software issues, deliver technical training, and coordinate with product and engineering teams to ensure successful deployments and feature adoption.

Responsibilities
Deliver technical support, training, and customer-facing engineering activities to ensure successful use and deployment of EBS products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer EBS software issues; track and document cases using Siemens EDA processes.
- Develop and deliver technical training on new features and product updates.
- Create and maintain technical content and knowledge-base materials for customer self-service.
- Communicate customer technical requirements, issues, and business impact to product and engineering teams.
- Conduct tool evaluations, technical demonstrations, methodology reviews, and deployment planning during customer projects.
- Build and maintain technical relationships with customers, peers, and engineering teams worldwide.
Requirements

- Must-have: Technical written and oral communication skills in English.
- Must-have: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Must-have: Experience with PCB and digital design tools, including layout, simulation, and analysis methodologies.
- Nice-to-have: Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Visual Basic, or VBScript.
- Nice-to-have: Experience with C language and database systems (for example, Oracle).
- Nice-to-have: Knowledge of SPICE, signal integrity, or power integrity analysis tools.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or Software Engineering.
