- Lead development of high-quality signal chain and product-level simulations aligned to target applications.
- Define and maintain simulation standards, test benches, documentation, and reusable templates.
- Partner with product, modeling, and LTspice teams to set simulation requirements early in the product lifecycle.
- Drive simulation-based insights and design recommendations for customer engagement.
- Support and scale simulation-based collateral such as reference circuits, signal-chain demonstrations, and system examples.
- Provide technical leadership through mentoring, design reviews, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Contribute simulation expertise to training, internal enablement, and customer-facing materials.
Requirements
Must-have technical skills and professional behaviors required to perform the role.
- Strong proficiency with SPICE / LTspice and advanced analog simulation techniques.
- Deep knowledge of precision signal chain components (ADCs, amplifiers, references, sensors, power).
- Experience developing simulation test benches and validating system-level behavior.
- Ability to operate independently on complex, ambiguous technical problems.
- Strong written and verbal communication; ability to translate simulation results into actionable insights.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across global, cross-functional teams and to mentor others.
- Willingness to travel (~10%) for collaboration and customer engagements.
