Role Summary

Responsible for electrical and physical failure analysis, manufacturing yield evaluation, and support of SSD product development and high-volume manufacturing. Works with cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve SSD issues from NPI through production and customer returns.

Responsibilities

Main responsibilities include:

• Support product development and sustain high-volume SSD manufacturing.
• Lead SSD failure analysis from NPI to HVM stages, including electrical and physical failure analysis.
• Perform manufacturing yield evaluation and data analysis.
• Troubleshoot customer returns and provide corrective solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve SSD-related issues.

Requirements

Must-have technical skills and relevant experience:

• Experience with SSD industry or computer hardware (advantageous).
• Knowledge of storage interfaces such as SATA and SAS (advantageous).
• Proficiency in programming languages: C, C++, Python, Perl.
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot) to improve productivity and data analysis.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Computer Engineering.
