Staff Quality Assurance Engineer
Role Summary
Perform semiconductor device failure analysis in the Quality Assurance Laboratory within Manufacturing. The role focuses on hands-on investigation of defective devices using semiconductor testers, X-ray inspection, and optical/electron microscopy.
The position supports root-cause analysis, defect characterization, and cross-functional problem resolution with manufacturing and engineering teams to improve product quality and reliability.

Responsibilities
Key day-to-day responsibilities include laboratory-based analysis and reporting.
- Perform failure analysis using semiconductor automated test equipment (ATE).
- Inspect devices with X-ray systems and optical/electron microscopes.
- Characterize defects, identify root causes, and document findings.
- Prepare technical reports and communicate results to engineering and manufacturing teams.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, follow test procedures, and support process improvement activities.
