Lead and own project and program execution for Hi-Rel product development from concept through production release. Work with functional leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver mixed-signal analog products on schedule, on budget, and to quality standards.

Experience Level

Responsibilities

Primary duties focused on planning, tracking, and driving product development execution across functions.

  • Develop, define, and execute project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables; own the product lifecycle.
  • Track project KPIs (schedule, risks, scope, budget, cost entitlement, manufacturability) and support portfolio forecasting and annual planning.
  • Identify and remove execution roadblocks; mitigate risks and implement contingency plans.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and other business groups to share best practices and align with corporate PMO methodologies.
  • Align sample and execution priorities with Demand Creation, Sales, and Marketing; support RFI/RFQ preparation.
  • Communicate project status to leadership and stakeholders and escalate issues early to avoid impact on delivery.

Requirements

Must-have technical program management skills and domain experience. Education requirements are listed separately below.

  • Proven record delivering projects on schedule, within budget, and meeting quality expectations.
  • Experience implementing project management strategies to improve execution efficiency and scale delivery.
  • Strong risk-management discipline: track progress, detect early signals, and execute contingencies with urgency.
  • Ability to build disciplined, collaborative project teams with clear roles and continuous improvement focus.
  • Hands-on experience leading development of mixed-signal analog products for commercial, industrial, or automotive markets.
  • Practical experience in NPI functions (product, test, validation, design, quality or related roles).
  • Familiarity with automotive processes (AEC-Q100, ISO 26262) is a plus.
  • Proficient with project management and collaboration tools: MS Project, Jira, SharePoint, Microsoft OneNote; experienced with FMEA and Root Cause Analysis methodologies.
  • Certifications: PMP is not required but is a distinct plus.

Education Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering is required. A Master’s (MS) or PhD in Electrical Engineering is preferred. PMP certification is noted as a plus.
