Role Summary

Lead program management and execution for IP development projects within the Hyderabad Phoenix Aquila organization. Own project initiation, planning, execution, reporting, and cross-functional alignment to deliver IP on schedule.

Support senior leadership with executive-ready presentations and manage high-priority special projects; use AI tools and scripting to improve project-management efficiency.

Responsibilities

Accountable for end-to-end project management and cross-team coordination.

• Initiate projects: define scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Coordinate stakeholders, schedule decision meetings, and drive alignment across organizations.
• Manage project execution, supervise teams, and ensure teams have required tools for delivery.
• Develop executive-ready presentations, status reports, and team highlight/lowlight summaries.
• Implement and monitor key metrics to track deliverables and impact; provide regular report-outs to senior leaders.
• Lead high-priority special projects to improve product time-to-market and organizational objectives.
• Design and implement AI-enhanced workflows and scripts to automate project-management tasks.

Requirements

Must-have technical and professional skills.

• Proven experience leading program/project management for IP development or similarly complex technical projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, cross-functional coordination, and decision facilitation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; experience preparing executive presentations.
• Proficiency with AI tools and ability to develop workflows that improve PM efficiency; scripting or automation experience.
• Experience defining and tracking project metrics and delivering regular leadership reports.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive alignment across distributed teams.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience in the semiconductor industry, IP development, or related engineering environments.
• Familiarity with project-management tooling and data/reporting platforms.
