Role Summary

Serve as the single point of contact for engineering supply-related matters within the Analog & Mixed-Signal Central Division NPI Planner team. Plan and manage engineering wafer starts, prototype assembly builds, and engineering inventory to support customer sample delivery and transition to mass production.

Responsibilities

Key duties include planning, initiating, tracking, and coordinating engineering supply activities to meet sample and NPI schedules.

• Initiate engineering wafer start requests to foundry/fab for product tape-out.
• Initiate and track prototype assembly build requests.
• Track and manage engineering inventory (wafer/assembly lots, finished goods).
• Create MRB dispositions for non-conforming materials.
• Maintain product BOM and product lifecycle data in PLM systems (e.g., Agile).
• Collaborate with marketing/sales to track and drive customer sample deliveries.
• Coordinate handoff from NPI to mass production, including engineering lot conversion and production readiness.
• Communicate schedules and updates to product teams on a regular basis.

Education Requirements
