Senior — staff-level role. Preferred experience: Master's degree holders ~6+ years; Bachelor's degree holders ~8+ years. Job requisition indicates an experienced hire.

Responsibilities

Primary technical and delivery responsibilities include:

  • Develop schematic symbols, callbacks and Cell Definition Files (CDFs).
  • Design and maintain layout generators (PCells) for devices.
  • Develop and improve physical verification rule decks (DRC/LVS) and Electrical Rule Check (ERC) decks.
  • Create and validate parasitic extraction (PEX) technology files and flows.
  • Develop automated QA and validation flows and runsets for LVL (Layout vs Layout) and SVS (Schematic vs Schematic) checks.
  • Maintain netlist generation procedures for analog circuit simulation and support ESD/reliability verification flows.
  • Coordinate with EDA vendors to resolve tool issues and drive feature enhancements.
  • Provide technical CAD support to internal design teams and interface with process/foundry groups.
