Responsibilities
The role focuses on building and maintaining high-fidelity hardware models and driving technical direction within the modelling platform.
- Develop and maintain hardware models used to evaluate NPU/ML hardware features and performance.
- Collaborate with ML hardware design and verification teams to specify and validate architecture changes.
- Work with compiler teams to optimise hardware performance and validate compiler-hardware interactions.
- Support hardware models for customer engagements and internal evaluations.
- Lead larger work packages, set technical direction, and mentor junior engineers.

- Background in signal processing or control systems.
- Experience with agile development, test-driven development, and CI/CD pipelines.
Education Requirements
Master's or PhD in Machine Learning, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Computer Science, or a similar technical field.
