Role Summary

The Staff Product Applications Engineer leads technical efforts to help customers integrate Analog Devices products by developing application tools, reference boards, and software, resolving complex system-level issues, and guiding product validation. Experience Level

Responsibilities

The main responsibilities include:

  • Serve as a technical authority for product applications and mentor junior engineers.
  • Act as the primary technical advisor for strategic customers, addressing complex integration challenges.
  • Lead development of advanced application tools, reference boards, and software to demonstrate product capabilities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts across engineering, marketing, and sales to accelerate product introductions.
  • Resolve sophisticated technical issues and provide system-level optimization recommendations.
  • Design and oversee advanced validation and testing methodologies to define operational limits and ensure reliability.
  • Lead competitive analysis to identify strategic product advantages and inform roadmap decisions.
  • Produce technical documentation and deliver training to disseminate expertise internally and to customers.
  • Develop strategies for meeting specialized market qualification and compliance requirements.

Requirements
