Role Summary

The Staff Engineer, OEE Support leads validation strategy and test methodology for complex semiconductor products, driving technical excellence in product quality and reliability. The role provides technical leadership across multiple projects, owning test plans, automation architecture, and risk assessments.

Based in Paranaque City, the role works with cross-functional teams to ensure validation integrity and successful product launches.

Experience Level

Senior level — typically requires 8+ years' relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree or 6+ years with a Master's; senior/staff-level responsibilities and leadership are expected.

Responsibilities

Core responsibilities include:

• Lead validation strategy for new product families or technologies, owning overall test plans and automation architecture.
• Solve complex test, characterization, and reliability challenges using advanced engineering analysis.
• Design and implement test automation frameworks and validation processes.
• Perform risk assessments and ensure validation integrity for product launches.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to validation teams across projects.
• Present complex validation data and recommendations to engineering and business stakeholders.

Requirements

Must-have skills and experience:

• Advanced, in-depth knowledge of semiconductor validation, reliability physics, and test automation architecture.
• Proven track record leading validation of complex SoCs and resolving difficult test and characterization problems.
• Experience developing test plans, automation frameworks, and performing failure analysis.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to influence technical strategy.
• Strong communication skills; able to present technical results to varied audiences.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience defining validation strategy across multiple projects or product families.
• Background in process improvement and validation methodology innovation.

Education Requirements

Typically requires a Bachelor's degree with 8+ years' relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 6+ years' experience; equivalent practical experience may be considered. No specific field-of-study was mandated beyond semiconductor-related or other technical disciplines.
