Role Summary
Responsible for transferring DRAM process nodes from Technology Development to high-volume manufacturing at the Boise ID site. Lead yield ramp, cost reduction, and quality improvement activities while coordinating with cross-functional teams including TD, design, quality, and test engineering.

Responsibilities
Work at the intersection of process integration, product characterization, and yield improvement to achieve production readiness for new DRAM nodes.
- Enable new process node startup, qualification, and high-volume ramp.
- Provide technical direction to development teams on process integration and product release.
- Collaborate with Design, Technology Development, Test, and Quality teams to identify and prioritize yield issues.
- Support design verification and validation using CAD tools and simulations.
- Perform electrical failure analysis and bench testing to diagnose product issues and drive corrective actions.
- Apply statistical analysis to product data to identify root causes and lead yield improvement projects.
- Recommend design solutions for circuit-related marginalities and low-yield conditions.

- Knowledge of CMOS performance and its impact on memory product behavior.
- Experience with electrical failure analysis, product characterization, and bench testing.

- Experience using CAD tools and simulations for verification and validation.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication and presentation skills; able to coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a production ramp environment.
- Nice-to-have: familiarity with agentic AI tools and modern data/automation workflows.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or computer engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
