Staff Engineer, HIG-HBM Product Engineering (Media Health Reliability)
Role Summary
Senior engineering role in HIG-HBM product engineering based at Fab 10A, Singapore. The position focuses on media health and reliability for HBM products, developing reliability tests, qualification plans, and manufacturing recommendations to improve yield, quality, and field reliability.

Responsibilities
Deliver and drive reliability engineering activities across product, test, and manufacturing teams to reduce defects and ensure product qualification.
- Define and develop reliability stress tests, test flows, and test plans covering product reliability.
- Coordinate qualification plans and execution with Global Quality; track progress and resolve gating issues.
- Drive reduction of extrinsic and intrinsic reliability issues (Time 0, Field DPM) through optimized test strategy and manufacturing flows.
- Perform root-cause analysis for reliability and RMA issues using electrical and physical failure analysis; lead cross-functional resolution.
- Provide manufacturing and process conversion recommendations to improve yield, cost, reliability, and performance for HBM products.
- Manage risk with product leads during process conversions and prioritize stabilization work to balance innovation and reliability.
- Promote technical improvements and innovation that deliver competitive advantage.
- Mentor and develop engineers; contribute to project management and technical decision-making.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Fab, HBM technology development, design, system development, and quality/reliability teams.
