Staff Engineer - HBM Verification

Role Summary

Lead verification for advanced DRAM and emerging memory designs, focused on pre-silicon full-chip gate-level verification, low-power and power-management features, and improving functional coverage across memory architectures.

Work with global design and verification teams to define verification strategy, implement testbenches and regressions, and develop verification flows and methodologies.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include:

• Set direction and lead the verification effort within assigned project areas.
• Simulate, analyze, and debug pre-silicon full-chip gate-level designs, including advanced low-power features.
• Develop test cases and stimulus to increase functional coverage for DRAM and emerging memory architectures (DDR4, LPDDR4, DDR5, LPDDR5).
• Contribute to AI-enabled verification methodology and verification environments for advanced memory products.
• Collaborate with international colleagues to develop new verification flows and cross-functional solutions.
• Develop and maintain testbenches and test vectors; run regressions and perform coverage analysis and improvements.
